If a figure, date or statement on this site is wrong, please tell us. Include the page and what you believe is incorrect, and a source if you have one. We check every correction against the primary document and fix what needs fixing.

Research and press

We are happy to explain our methodology, point to the primary sources behind a page, or answer questions about UK access rules for listed cryptoasset products. We do not comment on price movements and we do not provide forecasts.

Commercial enquiries

We accept clearly marked commercial links. We do not accept paid editorial, sponsored rankings, positions in a comparison table, or reviews written to a brief. If you are asking whether a fee can be described differently than it is, the answer is no.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you whether an investment is suitable for you, recommend a product, or advise on your tax position — we are not authorised to do any of those things. For advice, use the FCA Register to find an authorised firm. For free, impartial money guidance, see MoneyHelper.

We cannot help with an account problem at a broker or exchange. That has to go to the firm, and then to the Financial Ombudsman Service if the firm's answer does not resolve it and the complaint is within its remit.
